OASIS contains tools and features needed to manage specialised DA/DV case work, including:
OASIS provides tools to make assessments, measure risk, track outputs and outcomes and to record essential demographics data needed to provide tailored support to clients. Built-in reporting tools allow services to easily create and format insightful reports on the data they collect.
OASIS also provides a range of customisable forms, evaluations and outcomes measures, safety and support plans, tracking features for justice journeys and more.
OASIS systems can be adapted to organisations of any size who support survivors of DA, including services working with marginalised survivors, HBA and harmful practices as well as work with alleged perpetrators and behaviour change programmes.
OASIS users have access to ongoing resources, support and training and can request changes to make their system bespoke to them.

OASIS systems can provide access to a Short-Term Work module, enabling services who run helplines, drop-in or other support work where detailed information is not available but still need to record contact and be able to demonstrate outputs and outcomes. Short Term Work records can be converted into a full case if the client is referred into a longer-term support service.
OASIS users can access support and training and can request changes to make the STW area of the system making it bespoke to them and their clients.

The On Track module was designed and developed by IT Works and the Women’s Aid Federation of England, exclusively for their On Track Outcomes Monitoring programme.
Services using OASIS in England can opt to enable the On Track module and seamlessly access Women’s Aid’s own outcomes measurement system, additional data collection features and can opt in to contribute anonymised data automatically to Women’s Aid’s national DA dataset – England’s largest dataset on domestic abuse.
On Track users have access to support and training from both IT Works and Women’s Aid to ensure maximum benefit from OASIS and the On Track module.
