Will OASIS be suitable for my service/organisation?

OASIS allows services to collect the data needed to best support their clients and to evidence outcomes. It is highly customisable and can be used by services of all sizes, whether you deliver one service or programme, or many.

OASIS will grow and develop according to your needs. Our teams are at hand if you need to make changes to your system, as well as for consultancy work and helping organisations with larger or more complex development requirements.

How long will it take to be up and running?

Our Implementation team works hand-in hand with you during this process to ensure OASIS can quickly and seamlessly become part of your organisation. Our teams have extensive experience in successfully moving new customers to OASIS from their legacy systems, managing data migration, ensuring sensitive data is protected at every stage.

We will work at a pace that is right for you and your team, in line with your agreed objectives and timescales.

Our team will make getting up and running with OASIS as simple, fast and stress-free as possible and will talk through your requirements to agree a realistic timeframe for going live. This can vary due to existing data or records needing to be migrated to OASIS, or individual services workloads but a rough guide would be 4 weeks to 2 months with no data migration, and 2-4 months with data migration.

How much will it cost?

Do we need hardware?

OASIS requires no special hardware to be installed within your organisation. It’s a secure, online web-hosted solution that requires only an internet connection. Access to the system is secure, using multi-factor authentication so your teams can work from anywhere and always have access to up-to-date data.

What web browser should I use?

All major browsers are supported including Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari.

What training and support is available?

During implementation, our team will train staff to ensure they are confident and have the tools necessary to use OASIS effectively. We also offer a range of ongoing training options including on-line scheduled training and bespoke training tailored to individual organisations. 

Our on-line training is rolling throughout the year and covers many areas of OASIS. There is no cost to access our scheduled training sessions. Our scheduled training webinars can be accessed from the OASIS Knowledge Base, under Additional Services.

Our bespoke training is chargeable and can be requested at any time by raising a support ticket.

OASIS has an inbuilt Knowledge Base which provides a comprehensive library of guides and resources, as well as video resources for OASIS users, covering many key aspects of the system. 

Is it easy to run reports?

A range of reporting tools are provided as standard enabling comprehensive reporting and queries. Users can also create their own templates for reports using powerful and easy to use searches and save the results. Reports can also be exported for presentation and formatting in Word, Excel or PDF format. Custom query reports and raw data exports can also be requested.

Our OASIS Analytics tool makes reporting simpler, more insightful, enabling deeper analysis, with more ways to share data with stakeholders.

Can I access OASIS outside the office?

Yes. As long as there is an internet connection, you and your teams can access your OASIS system. Users have an individual login and password and multi-factor authentication to ensure secure access to the system.

Key contacts with administrator permissions can also set up safe IP addresses and block unwanted IP addresses to control access, in addition to other safety and security features available as standard.

Where is our data held and how secure is it?

We take data security seriously. OASIS is securely hosted in Microsoft Azure UK West (Cardiff) and automatically replicated to another data centre in Microsoft Azure UK South (London). Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest and is backed up regularly. OASIS and the internal infrastructure is PEN (Penetration) tested and regular application security tests and audits are performed. Additionally, OASIS has been approved for “Official Sensitive” classified information.

IT Works has a robust governance framework in place and has ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus.

How is OASIS supported?

OASIS has a dedicated Support team, who are available 5 days a week via the support ticket system built into OASIS. We also have an Implementation team who work with services during the set up and go-live of their OASIS system.  OASIS clients also have an Account Management team who check-in regularly to hear feedback from services and to help with more complex support, business challenges or changes required.
